e-governance across the world. To understand the potential of e-Governance and its importance look at the following facts:
- For the National e-Governance Action Plan, the World Bank is considering a Indian Rupees 250000 million financial assistance
- The Government of India announced in 2005 a budget of Indian Rupees 124000 million for e-governance
