The Complete Offshore Development model is appropriate when the entire application can be developed offshore by a single team or when low coupled parts or modules of the software are to be developed and delivered by an offshore team. Two distinct teams with complementing tasks are involved in this model.  

A Coordination Team is responsible for coordinating onsite and offsite stationed stakeholders in accordance to project requirements. This team coordinates with end users, clients, the offsite project team, and other onsite project stakeholders. Their responsibilities include requirements gathering, engagement management, onsite deployment, and post implementation onsite support. The Coordination Team also assists to startup the project, transfer knowledge, report and monitor quality of the offshore works. 

The Solutions Development Team is based at our Indian facilities, and is responsible for the development of the technical solution in accordance to the signed off architecture, agreed upon project plan and quality parameters. This team is primarily responsible for the project management, implementation of the design, standards and best practices, periodic reporting, testing, and final delivery to the Coordination Team.
