The Collaborative of Onshore – Offshore Model is appropriate for application development by distributed teams, SRI’s project team works jointly with you and your team. This model offers considerable advantages when lowered production cost coupled with good quality work is required.

Once a project has been decided to be outsourced to SRI, the required skills, manpower requirement from SRI, and along with project scope is conveyed by you to us. The required numbers of people are then identified in the SRI team. An offshore Project Manager or Team Lead is selected by SRI based on the skills and relevant experience to lead this offshore team. In this model, usually the architecture and software design aspects are determined by your team. SRI’s team executes the relevant technical works like coding, testing, quality control, periodic reporting etc. as per your direction.

Once a module has been completed and is shipped, you do the acceptance testing and integrate the delivered module to the rest of the software. The Offshore Project Manager then coordinates with your designated onsite contact person to conduct the technical works in the India Development Centre.
